I have tried several Cloud Storage solutions (Box.net, Dropbox, etc,..) and like the concept a lot from an end user perspective. I am now considering migrating part of our internal storage infrastructure into the cloud with one of those solutions. My main concern is the lack of advanced admin tools for our IT dept to manage effectively all user account/quotas/policies. Latency and bandwidth may also be an issue.Any thoughts or experience in setting up such environment ?

I think a lot of those questions are rendered moot because you'll be engaged in a third party agreement with your SaaS provider.As for the user specific settings (quotas, policies, account) you could look into box.net (i find it pretty expensive). How many users are we talking about? How many tiers of permissions are there? Size of files? Need more details ;)
