I am interested to hear your thoughts on this question, as we need to decide to implement or not a new ATS system. They all look quite similar and very impersonal, leaving little room for creativity or expression.

If you wantto know the truth, Yes. Why because of the reduced turn-over from pre-screeningof unqualified non motivated candidates. There are many other ways that an effective ats can improve ROI.
