Zendesk is the alternative to Assistly.

Overall, we like Zendesk better for non-enterprise level businesses. Assistly is a Salesforce product and thus has aligned itself with enterprise businesses. Zendesk is a perfect alternative for smaller businesses who still want top-level customer support.
