How to manage recruiting processes more efficiently?

Hi,

In my company it is extremely complicated to manage the recruiting process, even being a small company. We receive hundreds of emails with CVs in .doc's and .pdf's and it's hard to be organized only with this. When the interviews begin it becomes a little chaotic when we have different positions in different areas with different interviewers.

Do you have a tool to manage this more efficiently or even a template of spreadsheet to make this whole process easier?

Hello - There are several CRMs that can help you manage your recruiting process. Ideally, every candidate will have a contact page where you can log key information on the prospect (i.e. education background, job interest, experience, salary history). You can also upload CVs onto the contact page for easy reference. You can "Assign" prospects to different recruiters so its easy to schedule interviews and follow ups between the recruiter and the prospect. Also, by logging all of the prospect information on one organized contact page it is easy to search on different criteria and pass information on to a potential employer.
