Is there any CRM tool that also integrates with Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin?

I am looking for a CRM application that also works with most popular social media channels. Do you recommend any cloud application that could do this?

There are several different takes on how to go about this and a lot depends on your specific needs. Salesforce has a social element available for its platform. As does BlueCamroo. I also have been enjoying Mingly, but that is more of a personal CRM for social. But since I am a one-man-shop it works well.
