i have seen that Successfactors offers their software also to SMBs. my company has around 60 full time employees therefore i wonder if this would be an overkill or if it is really suitable for us thanks

From my own experience, absolutely. In fact, I have even seen it deliver great success in a company as small as 25 people. From my experience, at 60 it is mandatory in that as you grow, the more systematic your HR management and alignment of company goals with everyone in the company, the less painful your growth will be from hereon in.Good luck with it.
