Migrating Scrum (Agile Project Management Methodology) to the Cloud. Any suggestion?

We are using scrum methodology to develop our products. Up to now we are using the post its' on some surface, but, as you can expect, we had some problems with this. Do anyone knows the best way or application to help me migrate or implement any agile methodology in the cloud?

Hi Jason - My company, VM Associates, actually specializes in helping companies migrate their workflows to cloud-based software solutions. We start with a client-first approach where we map out and fully understand your business' needs, before recommending a software suite.

If you are interested in exploring our services, feel free to shoot me an email at daniel AT vm-associates.com and we can discuss our offerings in more detail.

Thanks!
Daniel

Hello Jason,

Your request to look for agile project management tool is very timely. I have been reading a lot on this topic. Obviously, giving the business the ability to get what they want id HUGE!

We have recently launched a simple, web-based, cloud model project management tool.. The key differentiation of our tool is the capability to do data-driven real time predictions, so PMs can have a chance to tweak their projects before its too late. You can have a quick peek and a free test drive at http://alvazan.com.

I would be happy to demonstrate the tool - how simple yet powerful it us for agile projects.

Good luck.

You may also want to check out VersionOne and PlanBox. I manage an Agile team and we use Trello and it has been working well. It's not really an Agile specific tool, but it is fleible enough to be used that way.

Hi, Jason.

Our dev team is using Pivotal Tracker. Our Project Manager likes it a lot and he also said that their productivity considerably grew after a couple of weeks using this tool.
Brix is another option you should take a look at. It's also a project management tool with an agile focus. They have a positive user review in GetApp.com.

Regards,
Diego.

I am intrigued by the UI that Trello has created. I would like t learn some objective comments on that tool. The creator of the tool touts it as a "list of lists" which it seems to do very well but I didn't see many project management features, eg tracking, what-if analysis, dashboard, etc.
