Hi,

In my company it is extremely complicated to manage the recruiting process, even being a small company. We receive hundreds of emails with CVs in .doc's and .pdf's and it's hard to be organized only with this. When the interviews begin it becomes a little chaotic when we have different positions in different areas with different interviewers.

Do you have a tool to manage this more efficiently or even a template of spreadsheet to make this whole process easier?

Hello, I am searching for a backup solution that will allow me to schedule Full System & Incremental backups to a networked hard drive for the following devices:

* Windows 2003 Server (approx. 25 users),
* Do a full O/S backup with easy restore capability, to a 'new iron' server if necessary.
* Boot-Disk creation will also be required.
* Backup remote windows PC's (via a VPN, or TCP/IP)
* Mac OSX compatibility (using Time Machine) would be a nice feature as well, but not critical.

Does such a package exist, or am I searching for the Holy Grail?

+ Project & task management
+ time and expense tracking
+ billing Management in gpb and eur
+ connection or export to quickbooks premium for invoices and time / expense.
+ basic CRM
+ office collaboration - shared bookmarks, and notice board or wiki
+ Email marketing as a bonus
+ shared calendar with outlook integration

All suggestions are welcome. Ive looked at a lot of options on get app but am a bit overwhelmed, and currently using a number of separate services.

Please recommend, if anyone has come across an integrated solution.

We are evaluating a bunch of CRM system and they all have pretty decent interfaces when we can use a standard browser but when it comes to mobile access on an ipad or iphone it seems that the choice is reducing dramatically outside of the big name (salesforce etc,..) Any recommendations ? Have you tried the Zoho CRM interface ? how does it compare with others ?
