Hi,We are planing to use online survey tools to engage with our customers base to gather feedback and to do some market research. What solutions would you recommend ? I have seen that there are plenty of choices but do not have the time to go one by one and try out. We need something easy to use with import/export capabilities to process the results.Also i'd love to get your feedback around some of the best practices to make effective and engaging surveys (do's and don't) How do online survey tools integrate with social media activities ?thks !

We use SurveyGizmo and like it a lot. It has fairly comprehensive functionality, but is easy to use. It also offers a lot of online guidance, and they will write custom code, scripts and reports for you if you need them too. Once you create a survey, you just create a link to it that you can use in Tweets, blogs, Facebook or any other social media if you'd like.

We have used Survey Monkey (surveymonkey.com) and Constant Contact (constantcontact.com) and found them to be quite affordable and they met our needs.
