Recommendation on inventory software for a shipping-receiving, manufacturing, sales, stock management ?

I have read some positive reviews about inFlow as a basic inventory system but not sure if it can fulfill all our needs: Multiple locations, 10.000+ products, Multi language etc,.. We do business mainly with Europe and Asia.

Have you looked at Megaventory.com ? It seems they cover most of what you are looking for (multi locations, inbound and outbound flows etc,..)
