Can someone summarize the pros and cons of Zoho CRM versus VTiger or MS Dynamics ? It's for a service company with 20-25 employees. We do not have in house IT experts so we need an easy set-up with minimal training and customization. iPhone/iPad integration is important for our mobile workforceAny best practices with one of those solution will be appreciated Thanks in advance

I don't know Vtiger, but both MS Dynamics (online) and Zoho CRM have free trials, so I would take advantage of these!If you're more wedded to iPhone/iPad and working with web apps (ala Google Apps) than Windows/Outlook, you may find that Zoho CRM does the trick. It doesn't have as many features as MS CRM but is easy to use and has a FREE edition for 3 users, and $12/user/month for additional users. But keep in mind that any CRM solution takes a little time to set up and configure for YOUR business.
