I just read an article about prevailing wage http://www.skilledtrades.com/prevailing-wage/ and due to the time, paperwork, and inevitable headaches that come from tracking hours and avoiding unnecessary disputes, I would have to say an efficient and mobile time tracking program would be high on the list. We've used TSheets but I know there are several options out there that work with iPhone, droid, and like TSheets can be used from regular cell phones via text or dial in too. I think the ROI on investing in a time tracking app is huge...
