These are some of the most important apps we are using at Getapp.com. Being a recent company, 2009, we only use web-based applications and are lucky enough not to have legacy on-premises app to integrate with. We are eating our own dog food and always use our marketplace to discover new business applications! CRM: Zoho - it was free for our first 3 users, easy to learn. We are a CRM easy uder and Zoho has sufficient functionnality to cover all our needs.Social Media Management: Hootsuite - we started with Twitter but it now integrates with most networks. Paola our social media manager loves it!Task Management: Pivotal Tracker - anything that makes our product development whish list gets in there. it does a great job at keeping evrything together and I always hope that it could also do some of the dev!Invoicing: Zoho Invoice and FreshBooks - the jury is still out. we will definitely choose one of these two.Collaboration and email management: Google Apps - as many startups we manage our company emails and documents with Google Apps. We love it but find the sign-on and accounts managment bit painful. We also use the Mavenlink project management workspace to collaborate and communicate internally and with thrid partiesWeb site management: NewRelic - gives us the pulse of our web site performance. We have have discovered amazing performance oprimization opportuities with the tool. Immediate ROI guaranteed!Web conferencing: Skype for simple calls and GotoMeeting when it gets more complicated and we need to share screens,HR Management: TribeHR - we use it for managing anything related to HR. Recruiting, applicant tracking, vacation management, org chart. staff details..It cover all our HR related need and it is very affordable.Any time we create an online survey, we use SurveyTool . There many tools for surveys out there but this one just works great.Other apps we are considering but have not implmented yet.We are comparing Assistly and ZenDesk for our online customer support and social CRM .Pinpointe is also on our evaluation list for email marketing. For analytics we use Woopra and Google Analytics.
