We have a facebook app which is use to generate special promotions and we receive micro payments from those promotions. What software would you recommend to generate automatically invoice to the customers when the micro payment is processed Should have open API so we can integrate with our own backend

have you look into Zoho Invoice or Zoho Books ? Detailed review at http://www.getapp.com/evaluation-cent...Freshbooks is also a great choice since it integrates nicely with various payment gateways
