Who is leading the CRM war with Small Businesses? Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle ?

I am curious to know who is winning CRM marketshare with SMBs? Is it any of the big 4 mentioned above or are they getting serious competition from companies like Zoho and others? Do you have any stats to share?

In terms of marketshare, locally-hosted CRMs like Oracle, SAP, Sage CRM and ACT are probably the biggest: in the cloud, Salesforce is definitely the 500 lb gorilla. It's a shame really because there are many better solutions out there, but they don't have a huge foothold (yet).
That said, smaller cloud based CRMs are seeing explosive growth, so the times are definitely changing.
