Can anyone recommend a good CRM solution for a charity?

Hi,
I would recommend you to look into either open source CRM or CRM vendors which offers free minimal user accounts.
If you could share with us how do you plan to use your CRM solution and how you hope your CRM could assist your organisation, probably I could give you a better suggestion.
